Becoming a Fitgenes Accredited Practitioner attend a two day workshop with our experienced education team. To get started:
Practitioners spend two days (unless stated otherwise) on focused clinical interpretation and application.
Each workshop will commence on the Saturday at 8.30am for a 9.00am sharp start and conclude at around 5.00pm. On the Sunday the start time is 9.00am and will typically finish between 3.30 and 5.00pm (depending on case study and other questions and answers).
Day One | Scientific Foundations of Nutrigenomics and Nutrigenetics
Placing genome-based healthcare in perspective, practitioners learn the power of Nutrigenomics and Nutrigenetics and how it can be applied in-clinic to offer patients everyday personalised health and wellbeing programs.
Working with your own genetic profile, learn how to interpret the results and how to translate this for your patients, who will benefit from a personalised health and wellbeing program that focuses on their individual needs and goals.
Day Two | Practical Application and Software Training
Having learnt the foundations, it's time to discover the clinical application of the Fitgenes programs using our software application - Pracware.
Pracware combines the patients personalised genetic profile with their pathology data, anthropometric details, health goals and your clinical notes to create a wholistic approach with measurable health outcomes.
Taught in the context of refining your genetic profile interpretation skills, learn how to communicate the results to your patients.
